Our purpose-built, all-in-one Arsenal™ Spray Trailer is expertly designed with sprayer operators in mind to provide peak efficiency and safety. Available in three different lengths (38', 42', or 48' long), this trailer is manufactured to the highest quality with numerous configuration options to meet each operation's unique needs. Popular features include the modular loading deck with wings for the QuickDraw™ cabinet and totes, swing-out load boom, swing-down stainless-steel eductor with ChemBlade™, steps and handrail, Enduraplas® tanks, bottom-mounted plumbing and hoses for a cleaner deck surface, and a mounted chemical rinse hose reel. The pump is mounted beneath the deck on the opposite side from load-out. All these features make it possible to mix and load a batch without climbing up and down off the trailer. Compared to a standard trailer that gets retrofitted for the job, this trailer is purpose-built for the specific function of tendering your sprayer and arrives with a turnkey setup so you can hit the field right away.

 

Each trailer has a series of options to give the customer the ability to customize it to their unique operation. In addition to choosing between the three trailer lengths, the operator can also choose between two different tank sizes (2800-gallon or 3200-gallon tanks), whether the load-out location is on the driver side or passenger side of the trailer, how the batch is loaded into the sprayer (either swing-out load boom or 3" hose reel), and how much storage capacity is needed with optional tote racks available.
