Cathy has worked with SurePoint Ag in different capacities since 2015, and she currently serves as the HR Manager with a focus of building culture around the mission, vision and core values, and developing talent for future growth. With a career spanning more than two decades in the non-profit sector, Cathy is especially proud of founding a regional community foundation for Northwest Kansas.
A native of Atwood, Cathy is an alumna of Fort Hays State University. She highly values her time at SurePoint, collaborating with dedicated colleagues who embody the company’s core values. Beyond her role at SurePoint, Cathy operates her own business as a business and leadership coach, continually bringing innovative ideas to both her clients and her work at SurePoint.
Passionate about the outdoors, she finds inspiration in nature. Cathy enjoys life with her husband, Kirk, and their adult daughter.
