Shane Carlson

Shane Carlson was born in San Antonio, TX, and raised in Wichita before moving to Atwood with his family in 1986. He graduated from Emporia State University in 2003 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. After graduation, Shane returned to work for Carlson’s Choke Tubes, where he spent 19 years managing and contributing to every aspect of the business. During his tenure, he played a key role in helping his father grow Carlson’s into the top choke tube company in the world, a distinction recognized across the industry from 2016 to 2022. In his final year with the company, he served as National Sales Manager and Vice President.

Currently, Shane serves as the Production Center Supervisor, where he focuses on improving processes, fostering a positive culture, enhancing communication, and growing the Supervisor team.

Outside of work, Shane enjoys spending time with his two wonderful teenagers, as well as friends and family. Fishing has recently become one of his favorite hobbies.
